Bookings for 2025 are now open. Bookings for 2026 begins on Sunday, May 11 at 8:00am for SIS paid members and 9:00am for non-paid members. Please call Dawn Green at 631-329-6777 for all rental reservation requests.

Ashawagh Hall is available to eligible community groups at no charge.

Daily Rental Rates:

JAN 1 – MARCH 15: $200
MARCH 16 – MAY 31: $300
JUNE 1 – SEPT 7: $350
SEPT 8 – DEC 31: $300

Rentals of 6 or more consecutive days can be booked on or after the second Sunday of May beginning at 8 am. Rentals from Memorial Day to October 1 are restricted to 6 consecutive days (Friday to Wednesday) per renting party.

A $250 deposit to secure a booking is due within 45 days of the verbal rental reservation. Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in cancellation of your scheduled dates. A rental agreement contract will be mailed to you within 60 days of the rental start date.

Every Booking incurs a $60.00 cleaning fee
